2.4 One Account Per User Policy

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 0jili platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether concurrently or sequentially, is strictly prohibited. Accounts opened under false names, using another person's identity, or through automated means are considered fraudulent and will be closed immediately. Duplicate accounts will be identified, and all associated funds, winnings, and bonuses will be forfeited. 0jili employs advanced detection systems including device fingerprinting, IP tracking, and document verification to identify duplicate accounts.

2.5 Account Security and Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 0jili account credentials, including your username, password, and two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held liable for all transactions, bets, and account actions. You agree to notify 0jili immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 0jili is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

0jili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Pesos (PHP) through the following verified payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, bank transfers from Philippine financial institutions (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and others), and other locally approved payment channels as listed on the platform. All financial transactions must originate from accounts held in your own legal name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Deposit Policies

The minimum deposit amount on 0jili is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100), though this may vary depending on the payment method selected. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are processed instantly and will be credited to your 0jili account balance within seconds of confirmation. 0jili does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose transaction charges.

3.3 Withdrawal Policies

Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes for fully verified accounts during business hours (6:00 AM to 10:00 PM Philippine Time, Monday through Sunday). The minimum withdrawal amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). Withdrawals are subject to identity verification requirements and may be delayed or denied if documentation is incomplete or inconsistent with account information. You may only withdraw funds to a payment account registered in your own legal name. 0jili reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks for withdrawal requests exceeding One Hundred Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱100,000) or if fraud, money laundering, or suspicious activity is suspected.

3.4 Verification and Know Your Customer (KYC)

To comply with PAGCOR anti-money laundering regulations and financial security standards, 0jili requires all users to complete identity verification before processing withdrawal requests. Verification documents must include:

• Valid government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, or national ID)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or photo of GCash account, bank statement, etc.)

Documents must be clear, legible, and unaltered. Processing time for verification is typically 24 to 48 hours. Accounts that fail to complete verification within 30 days of registration may be restricted or suspended.

3.5 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

Users are required to wager deposited funds at least one (1) time before requesting a withdrawal. 4. Gaming Rules and Conduct

4.1 Fair Play and Game Integrity

All games on the 0jili platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) independently tested and verified by accredited third-party auditing firms. Game outcomes are determined by RNG algorithms and cannot be predicted or manipulated by players or the Platform. Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with game outcomes through hacking, collusion, bot usage, or other fraudulent means will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

4.3 Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

Promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives offered by 0jili are subject to specific terms and conditions that vary by promotion. Bonuses typically require wagering requirements (also known as rollover or playthrough requirements) before funds can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from 5x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contributions are as follows: slots (100%), video poker (50%), table games excluding live dealer (20%), live dealer games (10%). 4.4 Maximum Bet Limits During Bonus Play

5. Account Suspension and Termination

5.2 Self-Exclusion and Account Closure

During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account, deposit funds, or place bets. Outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed before account closure. Once a permanent account closure is requested, it cannot be reversed. Funds remaining in closed accounts will be returned to the user's registered payment method within 14 business days.
